Health Services
Our family nurse practitioner provides routine health and wellness care, such as physicals, as well as problem-oriented care for most illnesses and injuries. Students with specific health needs may be referred to urgent care or the emergency department. Please note: Health Services does not prescribe controlled substances.

Appointments with the Family Nurse Practitioner are available daily via walk-ins and scheduled appointments during opening office hours. Please note- the health office is closed for lunch daily from 12 pm-1 pm

Please Note: There is no charge to be seen in Health Services. You may incur charges for labs or prescriptions from your health insurance carrier.
If Health Services is closed and you have a medical urgency that needs assessment within a day, seek care at a local emergency room or urgent care facility.
If you have non-urgent clinical concerns and have the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP), you can contact a 24/7 nurse line that can answer health questions. Please call 1.888.247.BLUE (2583).
